Shipping:

We offer Free Canada Post Expedited Parcel Shipping to Canadian addresses (excluding Territories) on orders of $150 or more excluding kits (product price - excludes taxes and shipping, some exceptions apply).

Delivery time ranges from 4 to 15 business days depending on where you live

I need several pallets of products can we use a freight forwarder?

Yes, please call or fax in large pallet orders. Our shipping department will arrange several discounted shipping quotes for you to choose from. Also for large pallet orders, discounts may be available, please call for more info. (844)458-8242 Ext 5 

Exactly when will my package be delivered? 

Expedited Parcel packages are delivered to residential addresses Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. and to business addresses during their normal business hours Monday through Friday. 

How do I get a tracking number for my order? 

If we have a valid e-mail address, you will be sent an e-mail shipping confirmation of orders shipped from our warehouse. If you have any questions regarding the shipment, please email us at orders@detailplanet.com

Is a signature required to receive my package?

No, since the Covid-19 pandemic, most deliveries do not require a signature.

I just placed an order and someone from your office contacted me to sign the invoice. Why do I have to do that?

In order to protect our customers and ourselves from fraudulent orders and credit card fraud, we sometimes, request first-time customers to confirm that they have placed the order and the name on the order matches the name on the credit card.

If you have placed a first-time order with us you may receive an e-mail or phone call from us shortly after your order.

In some circumstances, we will reach out to our first-time customers to verify their information. This policy was implemented to protect our clients against the increasing number of online ID thefts.

We appreciate your business very much. Your order will ship the same business day we receive your authorization.

Order Confirmation 

Customers need to verify the receipt of all items at the time their order is received. Any missing items must be reported to us within 10 days of receipt. This does not include any back-ordered items and only applies to orders that have been filled. Any damaged merchandise must be reported directly to us within 10 days of receipt.

Free Shipping Orders

Occasionally, we offer promotions and coupons offering free shipping. "FREE SHIPPING" applies to items shipped only to Canadian Provinces. Orders shipped to Canadian Territories are not valid and will be charged shipping. Once you have placed your order, a customer service associate will contact you with the shipping charges.

Sorry, we are unable to ship aerosol products due to federal regulations.

Please note: shipping on oversized or heavy items may be higher based on weight. A customer service associate will contact you with an actual shipping rate quote if necessary. This may apply to gallons, buffers, cases, kits,etc.
